Refund policy

Cancellations

Original works may be cancelled for a full refund any time before your piece ships. Prints and merchandise are made to order and enter production quickly, so cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, we are unable to cancel or change the order.

Returns & Damages

Every ACAYA Studio piece is made by hand or made to order, so all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@acayaliving.com with your order number and photos of the damage and packaging. For original works, we'll arrange a repair, replacement where possible, or a full refund. For prints and merchandise, we'll send a replacement at no cost.
